We have two cats-- one older cat who is very fearful and a kitten who is fearless. Our previous vet was not very understanding of the older cat's fears and constantly called her aggressive. Everyone at A Cat Hospital is respectful and understanding when it comes to our wigged out kitty. We never feel like she is a hardship to treat and they don't jump right into, "She's too keyed up. We have to sedate her."
MY husband and I are very pleased with the quality of care and the professionalism of the staff. As for fees, we were pleasantly surprised at how reasonable everything seems. We'd still go if they were more expensive, but I am not going to quibble over pricing that is lower than we expected!
