Absolutely TERRIBLE service! Let me start by saying I work in the medical field so I'm not an idiot when it comes to services of medical offices. DON'T advertise on your main website that you offer yearly physicals and then tell people "it is more of a primary Dr thing because we would have to take your word at things" (I guess information regarding my kids). Last I checked when I'm talking to my patients at work I take their word for it in regards to the questions I ask them .... that's what you do when speaking with a patient. They refused to do 2 basic physicals for my children for their summer camp. I'm furious at how we were treated.... this place is a crock of shit!
