Had super fantastic customer service today that outshines my negative experience at the Bath and Body in PV mall. The customer service representatives were helpful and kind. I didn't even have to use one of my coupons, as she had one ready for me and I also walked away with more! There's definitely a reason to go back to this location! They had the products advertised and the customer service was on point!
