Well, i have been using Uber, but a co-worker told me about Lyft. It's okay, it seemed more like getting rides from acquaintances... Not really professional,,, Anyway, this is the problem, when you first signup, they put a temporary authorization hold of $25 on the account you are going to use, then it falls off..... So, like Uber, you would think you'd be all set..... BUT HELL NOOOOOO!!!!! After two weeks of using them, then I maybe didn't use them for 4 days, then called again for a ride.... I thought it was just my fare that was going to be taken out. Upon checking my account when I came back home, they put another $25 temporary hold on my account without notifying me at all. Like you are a new customer again....Why do they do this!!!! There was no change in the payment method, no problems with overdraft activities., they would just put holds on account without authorizations from the account holders....
