I recently inquired about a power window issue with my car. I worked with Jim to get to the bottom of the issue and he was kind enough to perform some research for me. After several calls asking for different bits of information and sharing his findings, he told me about a repair shop that would be able to handle my specific issue. Although I didn't receive any services, I was able to get what I needed.
Update: Took my car in for a check engine light and they charged me $425.86 to replace my thermostat (plus 120.17 for the diagnostic). I had no idea what it costs to replace a thermostat but after some quick research, it appears that I overpaid by a lot. Disappointed.
