I've never been to this place, even though it is a nationwide chain, and the one at the airport probably wasn't the best choice. I've never had such a crappy experience at a coffee shop in my life. I'd think twice about going to another location and I'd most definitely never go to this one again. Flying back home after a week in Las Vegas at 8am warranted a major caffeine fix before I got on the plane. There was a long line and it moved incredibly slow. When we finally got to the counter I asked the cashier how much a bagel cost. No, it was not listed anywhere; I spent the entire time in the line trying to figure it out. When I asked, she looked at me like I was stupid. Like, "how can you possibly ask me how much something costs!". Anywho, I thought it should have been a pretty easy answer but no, I had to ask her three more times. It was like she didn't understand English when I heard her speaking it perfectly to everyone else. Anywho, ordered a regular coffee, nothing fancy ,and a bagel. It was expensive, (of course I realize this is Las Vegas and the airport so I wasn't expecting it to be cheap) and the coffee was "meh" at best. It also took a while to come out, and then we had to ask for a knife to smear the cream cheese on the bagel. Which also took more than one time to ask. "What, you need a knife to put the cream cheese on, there aren't any over there, or in your bag already?" Geez, just give me that darn plastic knife and save everyone the extra effort! Pros: first coffee shop you shop you come to at the airport Cons: long wait, rude, uninformed, couldn't care less cashier, and coffee that just wasn't that good
