Where do I begin?! Hotels.com gave this place 3 stars. It wouldn't take to much effort to make this a 3 star place but as it is, no way. I suppose it's a good value because of the location and price, but its so dirty. There was a used tea bag in the corner of the elevator for days. Coffee pot was broken and it took them 4 requests and 3 days to get me one that worked. Never enough towels. Sometimes housekeeping wouldn't even replace the towels. And again I would have to ask 3 or 4 times before the staff could remember to help me. I hope another chain buys it and makes it better.
