I was happy with this transaction at first, but I have not received the $600 credit toward in-store add-ons I was promised. I initially was going to purchase the phone cases somewhere else because they were overpriced in the store. The salesperson convinced me to do otherwise because of a $600 in-store promo which would allow me to get cases for all 3 phones plus glass screen-protectors, all at no extra cost to me. So I ended up with $600 worth of cases and screen protectors and 2 speakers, thus using the in-store promo to basically get those items at no extra cost via billing credits. After the first bill came I was charged $50 for an "installment plan" on "equipment" (the cases, protectors, and speakers. $50/month for 12 months for $600 total- the amount of the in-store promo). So I went to the store and they looked into it and said the bill credits just hadn't started yet, but not to worry because they would begin on the second bill and there would be 2 of them to cover the missed 1st bill credit. The second and third bills came and went and still no credits for this $600 promo. In short, I am paying $600 for items I could have and would have gotten elsewhere for less money. I was ripped off.
