I am not seeing many reviews on their wedding hair/makeup and dress steaming services so I think this might be helpful. I recently had my dress steamed (picked up from my hotel and delivered to the wedding salon) by then and they did a really good job. The dress looked amazing afterwards and the pick up/drop off went smoothly. We had some problems the day of my wedding when the hair and makeup lady was supposed to meet me in the hotel room. The last thing you want is to have issues the day of your wedding. The lady never showed!! I was freaking out and calling them a bunch with no answer. I made an appt at another salon which charged me for a last min appointment and right after I made it, creative called me back to send a new lady. I lost money making that other appointment and creative still charged me their full price after their other lady came. No one contacted me to try to make up for their mistake and I was too exhausted from the wedding to even fight them. I'm the end the new lady did do a good job on the hair and makeup but I can't give more than three stars because of that. If it wasn't for that issue or if they had reached out to me afterwards, I would give 5 stars because they do good work. Just be aware and have a back up if you go with them.
