I've lived here for three years and absolutely loved it until the new management and office staff came in. They do absolutely nothing if you have a problem and do not believe in security at night. If however you have a sun shade over your balcony to block out the hot Las Vegas sun then you're in deep trouble. They claim to be dog friendly yet unless you have a tiny mute dog then again prepare for trouble. The complex is poorly maintained, appliances in the apartments are old and always breaking and the place isn't secure, when a gang of youths were trying to steal residents cars I called the security and was told they weren't working tonight and maybe I should call the police - thanks!!!!!
There are way better places to live for less money - can't wait to leave here in 1 month!!!
