I can't even begin to exclaim how satisfied I am with the quality customer service and treatment I received from the GM Kevin at this location. I had a defective diamond ring, wanted to return/exchange it, was expecting to be met with resistance or a "sorry I'd like to help, but...." This wasn't the case. Kevin worked with us, was patient while I tried on every possible alternative ring to meet the value of the one I currently owned. This was by far the best customer service experience I have ever encountered and will continue to be a loyal Jared customer because of this interaction.
