Was there today and was helped by Dr Hong and her assistant Megan. It was the most pleasant dental office visit I've ever experienced. They both explained everything in detail: the X rays, the different options etc. Megan is so kind, she really went above and beyond and was just so sweet. The employees at the front desk were very helpful also with the billing, insurance, and future appointments. Yes, we had to wait, but you have to wait for services anywhere you go.
