Why can't you give zero stars?
This company is horrible. They won't pay bills even after you prove with the contract they wrote that we are covered.
They are threatening to send us to collection on this go around. Yet two months ago they said it was covered and would be paying it.
This has been going on for over a year.
If we were ill to the point of not being able to handle this, think of what might happen?
Cancellation!
Then no coverage
They really don't care. Greedy.
It's covered yet they won't pay.
