I got a very bad experience on toyota on the park dealership on collission department. I brought my car last May for collission repair. The body consultant Balthazar Pisarek assisted me during that time. So he told me it will take more than a week and I said its fine with me. So the job was done probably a week's time. After that, there is some issue on the repair and I told Balthazar about it and he will constantly ignore me and only look at his point of view and does not want to bring it back. I constantly telling him the issue and he keeps ignoring it. The issue was the bumper color was really off to the actual color on the body. It was very obvious that time and he keep insisting its because of metal and plastic. So what I did was I went straight to Scarborough Toyota where they send all their collission work and explain to the body shop manager Chris on that location my concern . Right in there, Chris booked me and arrange the repaint of my bumper and it looks flawless after that. My advice is if you guys have any collission repair just go straight to Scarborough Toyota and dont go to toyota on the park because they send all their work in scarborough toyota anyways. You have to look for manager Chris which is a very fine man and he will take care of you. So you can avoid body shop consultant like Balthazar Pisarek who is very unprofessional and will leave you in the dark once there is a problem in the collission work. I hope the management on the toyota on the park will look on this matter just to uplift their service on the collission department. You dont want to lose all your collission repair customer just because of incompetent body consultant Balthazar Pisarek. Pls look at this matter promptly the toyota on the park management.
