Went there for the $3 Express car wash service. Gave the teenager at the gate my credit card and told him Express. He tried to up sell me but I declined. So he swiped my card and said Express, and gave me the receipt. After the car wash, I looked the receipt and see they charge me $6 for Basic. I parked the car, approached the guy, and he insisted I said Basic. Another short teenager came and insisted I said Basic, even though he wasn't there when I paid. Both said that they have no way to refund me. It's small amount of money, but using such tactic to make additional money is simply unethical. And, based on what I can tell, there is no difference between the Express and Basic services, as all cars go through the same washroom. Beware of this place!
