My husband stayed here on a business trip and thought the hotel was great so for my birthday he surprised me with a trip to Vegas. He booked the hotel online and a few days before he called before hand to ensure we would get a room with 1 king bed as apposed to 2 double beds. There guy on the phone told him it wouldn't be a problem but when we checked in we were given a room with two doubles. He called the front desk and they said there was nothing they could as they were all sold out.
We called the booking company we booked through and they called the hotel, only hen did the hotel offer any assistance. They would upgrade our room the following night. Not ideal since now we have to switch rooms mid trip, but we agreed because one night of not sleeping is better than two.
They told us to come back at check in the next day and they would switch us. We were over on the strip and came back at 3pm to switch our room. We called the front desk and they told us the room wasn't ready, they would call when it is. 1.5 hours later we called them again and they said "oh it's been ready we just forgot to call. We'll send someone up with your new keys". Another 30 min later we called again and they said he bellboy had them and they can't do anything about it, we just have to wait.
We finally got the keys and go to what seemed a very nice 1 bedroom suit (not that we needed it). In our room was a huge jetted tub and late late that night when we tried to use it we found out the drain leaked... Shortest bath ever. Then we turned on the ac to realize it didn't even work. It got hot that night and we still didn't get much sleep.
Never stay here again!
