I love Uber!! This was my first experience with Uber and everything went perfectly. I set up my account quick and easy within minutes. My husband and i flew to Cleveland. Wait time at the airport? ONE MINUTE. After we checked into our hotel, we needed Uber to go to dinner. Wait time was less than 5 minutes. The next morning back to the airport wait time was 8 minutes....and that was at 6AM! Every driver was friendly, talkative, and actually could discuss politics and current events. Wow! Very impressive Uber. I sure wish Uber could start service in Las Vegas, but thanks to big Union contracts and an overreaching government, competition isn't allowed. Thanks for the great service Uber. I will be your newest loyal customer when i travel outside of Vegas.
