Read the reviews! This review is based solely on the service department! I cannot believe how horrible they are. Classic over promise and under deliver. 5000 mile service took 8 hours. No kidding. First come first served my ass. They do what they want when they want. After I had to call in and see when my bike would be done, guy told me to come in at 330. At 430, after an hour sitting in the waiting room, they bring out my bike looking like shit and now leaking oil. No kidding, they did a service and didn't wipe down the bike, (which comes with that $330 price tag). The parts guy walked back there w me to deal w these idiots and saw the leak himself. They took the bike back and took their sweet ass time wiping it up and making excuse after excuse as to why the other guy was the one to blame. DO NOT PAY THEM TO SERVICE YOUR BIKE. Way too many other good honest shops around that deserve business. They do shoddy work and have shitty customer service. Go figure...a SERVICE department actually delivering great SERVICE. What a joke Buddy Stubbs. My family and friends have come here for years buying bikes and apparel. Lost a solid family of business on this one. Good luck!
