Well much like alot of the other reviews on here my experience with New Deal was horrible. I really wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing a vehicle from them. This lot should truly be named "Lemon Lot". My husband and I were looking for a second vehicle for our family and we happened upon this place. I wish we never had. After purchasing a vehicle from them on a Friday, we drove the vehicle around on Saturday for our typical weekend chores and 1/3 of the way through our day the vehicle broke down. We called a tow truck and had it towed back to the lot. The people who run New Deal ensured us they would fix the problem right away, a week later we get the car back and drive it this time for 1 week before it got towed yet again. They then told us they could not help us unless we purchased the $1200 warranty. In a bind we purchased the warranty, only to then find out the warranty wouldn't cover the repairs needed. Long story short in just over a month the vehicle has been in the shop 3 times for numerous repairs. When we spoke to our mechanic he told us that the vehicle had obviously been in a wreck and was then pieced back together. We have now spent more on the repairs than the car is worth. Do not use these people. They are fraudulent.
