Banked with Arizona Federal for more than 20 years. They stopped shared branching and closed EVERY location within 10 miles of me. Their after hour customer service is atrocious. Completely useless. I never wanted to go to a commercial bank, EVER, but AZFCU's latest actions haven't left me much choice. If you're looking for a Federal Credit Union, and stuck on joining one, there are better options available. After 21 or 22 years, I'm done with them. It used to be very convenient and their customer service was unparalleled. I don't know if management turned over, but it's a VERY different bank that I want out of. I've ONLY ever been a FCU member; this bank has become unbearable. Look elsewhere.
