I recently bought my 2013 Nissan 370z in this dealership. A part of the deal was free carwash everytime. I was so upset today when I had my first carwash from them. They made me take my car to the drive in carwash myself, I was cool with it at first. As soon as I got in the carwash I was suprised that there it wasn't even soaped, it just wet the car and blowdry it right away (wtf?). So anyway here's the worst part. When I got off the carwash, there's a parking area to dry off and wipe the car. I saw a few employees wipe off other customer's cars and even drove them inside the carwash too. As soon as I parked, I politely asked one of the employees there that it's my first time to get carwashed here and I don't know how it works. Do I park my car and they would at least wipe it off for me? This tall & bald employee said "I'm very busy right now" then he pointed out the pale of water and towels and made me wipe off the car myself! I was so pissed because I was already dressed to go out with my friends. Can someone tell me what happened to the customer service that you guys should have? I rarely give negative reviews about the places I go but this place completely threw me off. I drove off the dealership with a my car that's not been properly cleaned. I hope that the management can do something to make up for this because I'm still their client eventhought I already bought the car from them. I wasn't taken care of and expected to be treated better.
