While I am only giving 3 stars, I really do enjoy Menchies overall. This was our first time visiting this location and we came in around 8:45-9pm on a Tuesday where they were scheduled to be open until 10pm. The 2 girls working were nice and greeted us as we walked in and were more friendly as we were checking out and talked to them for a while. I went with cake batter and dulce de leche with some mud pie on top and a few Reese's crumbles. Tasty! My only disappointment was with the amount of flavors that were at the end of their life for the day. We tried several of the flavors and I asked about one - the mint chocolate Oreo because it's a great St Paddy's seasonal item and somewhat healthier than a "Shamrock Shake." I said I think it's out and a staff member came and tried it and said something to the effect of "nope, it's still good." The texture was awful and soupy. A few others had this same texture and came out so slow. It was disappointing when they're supposed to be open for at least another hour. I have high standards for fro-yo and many of these were not quite meeting them from the texture being off. Hopefully next time (because there will be a next time) the consistency will be better.
