Terrible at follow up and scheduling. TWO no-shows!! I originally called this company on 4/18 to get them to work on servicing our sliding glass door and followed up with a text to give them our address. After no response I texted again the next day to confirm the appointment. They agreed but on the day of the appointment, when they didn't show up I texted again to see where they were. They asked to reschedule for the following day, which didn't work for me, so I suggested another date. They didn't reply so five days later I texted them AGAIN to suggest another date for the appointment. We went back and forth on a few dates and they just stopped answering. After another week had passed, I decided to give them one more chance and texted them again to schedule the appointment. We finally got it scheduled for May 4th and guess what. They didn't show up AGAIN, and no explanation, no follow up call or text. Nothing. I'm done trying. Why is it so hard just to get an appointment scheduled?!! VERY unprofessional!! I've wasted two weeks going back and forth with them and have nothing to show for it!
