He is very friendly kind and a very pleasant person. He explained everything that was going on in detail and what to expect and do after all the cleaning to the carpets and Tile were done. After everything was cleaned we got to look at the carpets and the tile I was amazed at what they looked like they were cleaner than the day we moved in and looked like brand new both carpet and tile and the grout as well. I will definitely use Panda services again they're reasonably priced and I love the fact that the owner of the panda comes himself to do the work you can tell that herb puts everything into his work and it shows. You will not regret using Panda for your carpet and tile and grout cleaning services. Herb goes over and Beyond what is expected.
