I went to surprise ford today and still waiting here for my car to be finished. Didn't buy it here but did buy at Sanderson ford. Recently moved to surprise. Been here for five hours already to have my tires changed. They also checked my car door cuz it won't open from the inside. Just to change the door handle would cost me over $400! Are u kidding me... I will never return here, place is slow and a rip off. Hope I leave soon probably not since I'm the only one here. Wow! **after I posted this I voiced my opinions with the service people. The manager Keith came over and was concerned with my issues. He assured me everything would be taken care of and was sorry for the almost six hour wait time. He said he would fix my door for free if I give him another shot to keep my business. Took me by surprise. They still have my business and hope they treat everyone as respectfully. Thanks again
