My review is based on massage services only.
Had a massage from Helen for relaxation (RMT). It was the best massage I've had in over a year - since losing my therapist of 5 years - and trying all kinds of other clinics.
I like very little pressure and found I was never in discomfort. When I wanted more pressure/time spent on my feet, she went back and did them again. Very relaxing. Nice soft music with nature sounds - elastics for your hair if you forget one.
Definitely the best I've had in the area!
The only downfall is that you can hear the muffled sounds of people talking in the reception area/other treatment rooms... but I haven't really found anywhere in Toronto where the massage room is 100% sound-proof from adjacent noise. I think she's worth a shot!
