Honestly, the girl Corina (sp?) did a good job on my lash extensions and I could tell she cared to explain everything to me as she was doing them for me. However, I feel like this spa lacks professionalism. When I showed up for my initial appointment, I was early so I anticipated a wait. No problem. However, I ended up waiting almost half an hour past my scheduled appointment time. I was willing to overlook this as a one time thing since I was happy with my lashes and with Corina's services. Now, I'm back for a lash refill and I called in advance to book an appointment. They asked if I could come in at 10 and I work later in the day so I figured the earlier the better. However, I show up at 10 and nobody is there apart from a contractor. They look like they're renovating, but the door wasn't locked. And I discovered that they actually open at 11, not 10. So I find it very weird that they would even offer for me to come in at 10 when I called them. So here I am now waiting for them to actually open.... I really wish they would respect my time as a client. I am pretty disappointed.
