Always hard to get in touch with anyone. Unorganized and unprofessional. I have been waiting for a deposit refund for over a month and when asked about it they lied and said they never got my forwarding address. I have every single email and text message saved where I sent them my new address and they sent confirmation of sending a check to the new address on 5/18. They straight lied to me. Then I was transferred to someone else who told me it must've gotten "lost" in the mail. Shortly after that I got an email stating they sent it to the wrong address. We moved out at the end of April and I still don't have my money back. I would never EVER rent from anyone who uses this property management company.. oh and now that I own my own home and plan to rent it out myself one day, I know who I won't use for property management!
