Where to begin? We reserved a king nonsmoking room. What do you know, when we check-in there aren't any available but we can upgrade for a cool $40 extra per night. Internet is also an extra $25 per day per device and doesn't work. The room was clean but over priced and still occasionally smelled like smoke. We also had to call multiple times to have our bill corrected. They duplicated the internet fee for one day and tried to charge a local call fee for calling down to the concierge. Also, the front entrance is under construction so there is a lot of debris and it makes walking back from the strip a pain. Tip: eat at the quad or mon ami gabi, use the Paris pool, and get free wifi at a cafe in the Mile. I would not choose Ballys again for either business or vacation.
