I've been going to this place since 2009. Never had a problem with staff bugging me or not knowing what they're talking about. I've even had them work on an old quad I had. They told me when would be best to bring it in to get it out next day. They have plenty of parts on the shelf like oil /filters/ handle bars. I'll continue to buy from these guys when I'm on their side of town. Otherwise I will go to the Apache cycle close to work in Phoenix
