Money grubbing and unprofessional. I took my very old dog here for grooming. What I got was a shaved dog, raw skin and sore ears! When I complained about the horrible work I was given many excuses and NO apology or offer of another chance to prove themselves professionals at no charge. I've had many poodles and poodle mixes over the 40+ years I've lived in Las Vegas. This place is awful. Stay away.
