I absolutely love True Hot Yoga! I never thought I would be able to get through a hot yoga class but with the help of such wonderful teachers, I did it. The teachers at True are dedicated to their students. The customer service is excellent! I would recommend True to anyone who is interested in finding a new workout or just wants to change things up with their existing workout program. True Hot Yoga is a great place to pick up a small gift for a special yogi as well. They offer a kids yoga class on Sundays as well.
