Love the airport. Pearson is a really beautiful airport - very modern looking, sleek with lots of glass, etc. Lots of food options and services. Only complaint is the large number of sour-pussed and rude airport workers (not all). I have met more negative airport employees here than in all the other airports (US and world wide) I have traveled to combined. I wish I had the power to send some of them to training on how to smile and to serve. One worker got me so pissed I almost lost it. Here we were shuffling patiently in a long security line. Just when we got to the front of the line, this airport security bozo comes up and opens a new line and a bunch of people behind me just rushes in to the new line, cutting off my line. Talk about pissing off a lot of travelers and almost creating a scene or riot. Don't get me wrong. I am a Canadian. I love Canada. I just find a lot of the airport workers here disinterested, disengaged, and downright condescending and rude. Glad I got that off my chest.
