I have to be completely honest with this review. My dad bought me a new cd deck threw best buy because of the price difference in store obiv. went to Audio Express to have it installed however there salesman as per usual recommended another 300$ kenwood -KDC bt362u model and not wanting to install the model that we brought to the store. At this point I assumed My father should of left but decided to purchase the kenwood model ( crutchfield ) like mentioned in prior reviews 1-3 stars and installed it. It took 4 days on wait - without any communication between store and customer we where left in the dark as when installed was finished in fact the only reason they new it was ready because they had lunch in the area and went and checked up on it, normally that's a 1 star review alone. They where also not shown how to use the product witch ALMOST any sales professional should even the car tech should show. Know I am stuck figuring it out via youtube plus I have a secondary cd player. Personally we should of went back to best buy but because Audio Express was closer and more convenient we decided well I guess next time best buy gets my business.. I am shure there will probably be a response to this as well
