My fiancee bought my ring at a Kay's out of state and I didn't have much paperwork when I went in to get my ring resized but the staff here was very helpful and happily spent some time finding my information, even calling the other store. They really knew what they were talking about when it came to sizing and telling me about all the specifics of my ring (since my fiancée picked it out). I'm not sure why the other reviews are so poor. I worked with several different people there and was more than pleased with the expertise and customer service of each one.
