Wanted to start off by saying the guys that try to upsell the different wash options are f*cking sketch.. The man walked around my car several times to see if there were any damages on my vehicle then after I proceeded to tell him I wanted the $12 (cheapest) wash, he replied with "we would not be liable for any damages on the vehicle." I was in disarray since I have never in my life been told that at a car wash. I bit my tongue and said "Ok" as I paid for my total at the desk. The lady at the desk who had charged me was very nice, though. 10 min later my car was ready and I started my vehicle to a loud rattling noise under my vehicle.. I just found it such a coincidence that the man would even tell me something like that resulting in my car being f*cked up.. Went to pep boys and thank god it was not a mechanical damage, but a bolt that was ripped off during the wash process. I called this shit hole and spoke with the manager who couldn't even understand what I was trying to tell him. He responded with its not our problem and that I should go back to confront the man. Did not go back because he said they wouldn't fix it any way. Never going here again. Sketch ass employees and under the line customer service from the manager. F-
Lol you didn't even inspect my car & now you're making things up.. I posted that review over a month ago.. it's aight tho I already told all my followers on Twitter and Instagram not to go to your shitty car wash anyway
