This company is absolutely horrible. I would never go back, even for free. The person working the desk at the Lorain Ave location does not know the definition of customer service and should not have a job there. Apparently companies don't realize how far negative experiences will take people. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. It really deserves 0 stars but there is not a button for that.
