I've been living at Palazzo for over 5 years. The main selling points for me when I moved in were the attached garage and the location, which is right off the Loop 202 and 44th Street. (Easy access to downtown Phoenix, Arcadia, old town Scottsdale, Tempe, the airport, etc.) The surrounding area is a little sketchy, but the apartments are gated, so I've never felt unsafe. The grounds are mostly well taken care of. They recently built a small enclosed dog park area, which is nice for dog owners. The rec center, pool, etc. are decent amenities if those are important to you. The office staff is friendly and attentive when I have maintenance requests. The apartments themselves are pretty modern and well-built. The three-story townhome layout can be a blessing and a curse. All in all, a good place to live in a convenient location.
