My family and I dined here Sunday around 5. Let me just start off saying that service was just never even better than average. We started with Daisy then went to John but Daisy did not come tell us that she was leaving and we were looking for her for about 15 minutes until John stopped by and said, hey I'm taking over for Daisy let me know if you need anything. Both servers should go to the table and introduce the other.
So then we were upset with John because we still didn't get attention. I thought maybe things would get better but they never did. We love Lucilles bbq and unfortunately it'll be a while until we come back. Ribs and Mac n cheese were delicious though. For being inside the Red Rock and having most customers as locals, you guys need to step up your customer service or go work at a fast food chain instead.
