(I'd give it four stars if I could afford anything here.) Pretty, bright, and open, Crystals is filled mostly with stores so expensive that the mall has mostly been devoid of potential customers whenever I've wandered through; instead, it's mostly served as a passthrough for outdoor-heat-weary crowds and for window shoppers imagining what store they'd make a beeline for if they had a major win in Las Vegas. Several high-end restaurants -- and a Starbucks -- fill out the space (including one restaurant for which most of the seating is pretty and unique in an open-wood-frame 'dining room' suspended over the mall's first-floor concierge desk).
