Absolutely the BEST customer service! I went in to get my Ray Ban glasses fixed; they were missing a nose pad. The gentleman that helped me said that it was a newer pair and that he had the part at the other shop in Chandler. Where a lot of other stores would have told me to head there, he assured me that he would pick up the part and have it here at the Mesa shop to me by the NEXT morning. Sure enough I got the call in the AM and I went by in the afternoon. I was in there less than 5 minutes, so easy and quick. This place might look quirky on the outside but you can't beat the service.
