Unprofessional and no integrity. I was offered a service that I was told my insurance covered fully. 3 months later I get a bill for it. When I called confused and for more information I had to deal with the rude and unhelpful office manager, Holly (Holly offered a discount then 1min later decided no discount because I told her someone in her office lied). Eventually I got the discount but no apology for their mistake. Do not trust their "treatment coordinator" to call the insurance to see if a service is covered. You yourself should call the insurance (takes 5min). I don't understand how Holly is an office manager, she did not want to hear why I was upset, got defensive and when I called to speak with her she had a receptionist lie to me and tell me she was not in the office.
Normally you can trust a dentist office to check with your insurance what services are covered but not this office!
