This gets a big ole' Pennsylvania approval from me. Not just approval but... the BEST desert option I have EVER had. I love food, that is not a lie, what also isn't a lie is me literally saying "oh my god" after taking a bite. This is what happened with my cookie monster, doughnut with oreo topping concoction. To say it was incredible was a VAST understatement. I CANNOT stress enough how incredible the ice cream, doughnut, temperature and everything else about it. My original fear was that it would be too sweet, but.... Heres the deal, they have the doughnuts baked FOR them by a local doughnut maker (baker?), and they are purposely made sugary and not overly sweet, along with incredibly soft on the inside and perfectly warmed on the outside. Honestly, I cannot say enough good things. Food alone here is worth a 5/5 stars, but dare I say it they deserve more? Yes. Yes I do. We went on a Sunday morning around 1pm and there was no one in line. No wait, and no one else in the "Business". The owners were there and were so incredibly informative and friendly. Talking about everything from the uniqueness of the ice cream to the individual attention each doughnut gets. The owners love talking business, AND love hearing your story. They also informed me that they will typically have lines at busy times of the day, so maybe sneak in there earlier or at odd hours to avoid the rush. With that being said, this doughnut contraption is EASILY worth a hour + wait.
