Stayed here several times for work project. The rooms are modern and minimalist. I like the room it has all the new items I like a comfortable bed, rain shower, and wood floors - laminate, no carpet. There wasn't a luggage rack so I just put my luggage on the wooden part of the bench. There is no elite lounge for cocktail hour. The breakfast is European - no eggs, bacon, or sausage but I travel for work weekly so I do like the change. The croissants are from France and the hotel bakes them in the morning. The European coffee is delicious. The only drawback was the orange juice. It tasted like Phoenix tap water perhaps it is frozen concentrate and water was added to make it. The gym was nice but small. I did enjoy the matrix brand cardio equipment. They are sturdier than the average life fitness machines in the other Marriott hotels.
