As an escape room enthusiast, I was extremely dissatisfied with the service that we received at this establishment. We called to make a reservation since we had a large party including children, and without providing any additional information, our reservation was made for an allotted time. Since no details or options were provided on the type of escape room we would be partaking in, one would naturally assume that all options would be available. Especially taking into consideration that this was a midweek reservation. Upon arriving, we were greeted by a rather unenthusiastic employee who said our only option was the "farewell" room since the other rooms were occupied. Being that they provide four escape rooms, and the parking lot was empty, it was very hard to believe that the other rooms were occupied. They put us in the room that was the second to most difficult room to complete with less then a 15% completion rate. With two small children and no other options we decided to try the room. Everything about the experience in the room was horrible. It turned out family night out into a night of frustration and disappointment. I highly advise not spending your money at this establishment.
