I've only interacted with a few people here, and David from Dentures is the only genuine and hardworking person here. The staff at the front desk are down right disgusting individuals. I drank from a supposedly "clean" and "right out of the package" plastic cup that had BLACK SHIT all in it. I was told, "throw it away and get a new one" also, "maybe another patient put it there." The thing is, I never received an apology. You're telling me, the stack of cup right in front of your faces may have been potentially tampered with? Instead of excuses, just defuse the issue, and not suggest idiotic scenarios that only make all of you look like morons. These people really need to learn some proper business etiquette. I understand it may not be directly their fault, but the their inability to empathize shows a lack of care for the customer's concern(s).
