Wow... I don't know what the hype is all about. I know we should of asked how the steak look like when it was raw. I wanted to see the marbling. What we had was not a good steak. Our server recommended the double bone in rib eye 45 days dry age. We ate at a lot of amazing steak restaurants in town and out of town. We were so excited. But when we got it, It had no flavor. It was bland. SO DRY. No moisture. Not juicy at all. I had asked for medium rare. It was overcooked to a medium. Of course , we didn't want to make a scene because it was our dad's retirement. Disappointed we spent so much on a bad cut. It was dry and over cooked. The best was the lobster Mac and cheese and the the sphaghetti squash gratin. Service was good but their meat is not worth going back. Bad experience.
