I've never experienced those horror stories I've heard from many of my female friends, until coming here. I went in for a routine oil change, and to fix the cables on my battery. They tried up-selling multiple other things, as most machines do, which is fine. The thing that got me, was when I left the shop after waiting an ungodly amount of time for no other customers being there, my car started shaking uncontrollably. I drove it around the block, but still it would not stop shaking anytime I stopped my car. I took it right back to them, they didn't seemed surprised at all that I was back. When I told them the issue, they then told me for the first time that I needed to change my alternator. Unfortunately for them I'm not a naïve girl. I expressed my displeasure with them trying to pull a fast one on me and magically 10 minutes later my car worked fine. I would never recommend this place to even a male. They are scumbag mechanics that will take advantage. Don't believe these five star reviews! They have to all be lies.
