Representatives of this business will lie straight to your face. "Troy" from K&B is affiliated with my car dealership. I'd gotten a small chip on my windshield in front of the driver's seat, so while I was at the dealership, I asked for a quote to fill in/ repair the chip. Troy from K&B tells me that "it's illegal to fill the chip because it's in the driver's field of vision." He says I need to replace the whole windshield. My insurance disagrees. SafeLite disagreed too when they came to my house to fill the chip. Lying to people to generate business is an unsavory and easily detected attempt to drum up business. And credibility once lost is hard to regain.
