Got a brand new 428 in October from George at BMW. He was absolutely great until the sale went through and then became an impatient douchebag! I'm soo annoyed with his attitude. Can't believe we wanted to get a second car from him. He is incredible rude on the phone, makes you wait 10-15 minutes, and then has the nerve to give me attitude! Pays absolutely no attention to what I'm saying... Ughhh beyond disappointed. Never called to find out how the car is nor did he ever send a card in the mail - not that it matters, but it's the little things that get your attention. Not exactly the most pleasant experience.
